Because our chocolates are perishable food items, all sales are final. For the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has left our facility.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect items, please contact us at [Email Address] within 48 hours of delivery. To process a replacement or store credit, please include:

Melted Goods We take great care in packaging our chocolates with insulated liners (and cold packs during summer months). However, we cannot be held responsible for items left unattended in direct sunlight or heat after delivery. We recommend tracking your shipment closely to ensure it is brought indoors immediately upon arrival.
